In excellent condition aside from a small 2-3 inch tear down the seam under the last button. This can easily be fixed- see last photo Buster Brown vintage original from 1970s/1980s Button up the front and bottom 100% cotton Tagged as a size 18 months. I'm listing it as a 6-9 months to play it safe. My daughter is 6-9 months now and this looks like it would fit her, so it most likely shrunk over the years
