This is by Fre-Mor - "A bag to adore by Fre-Mor.". I would say this is 1950s/1960s. There is a band of lucite (I think it's lucite) across the top and a plastic handle; snap-top closure. Interior is luxurious cream-colored satin - one open pocket.
